Send reminders from your firm's WhatsApp

The app writes each message in the client's language. A person sends it from your firm's phone.

Go to Messaging. Send yourself a test first, then set sending for the firm to Live. Only a partner can change this.
Each morning, Today shows the messages due under Send on WhatsApp.
Press Send on WhatsApp beside a client, or Send next to go through them one by one. WhatsApp opens on that phone or computer with the message and the upload link filled in.
Press send in WhatsApp. The message is marked as sent from your phone; undo it if you closed WhatsApp without sending.

Good to know

Clients see your firm's number. Their replies, and any files they send on WhatsApp, come to your phone, not into the app; ask them to use the link.
A message nobody sends on its day is not sent late. The next morning the app prepares the latest reminder that is due.
Email goes out by itself for clients without WhatsApp. Receipts and one-time codes go by email.
